Using the site

Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit misleading information, infringing material, malicious links, or spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. The site is intended for users aged 13 or older, subject to applicable local requirements.

Submitting a game

Submit only work you created or are authorized to represent. By submitting, you permit us to review the game and use the supplied introduction, screenshots, creator credit, and links in a credited community listing before review and an editorial listing if selected. You retain ownership of your work. A listing permission does not grant us permission to host or embed your game build.

Submission is free and creates a labeled community listing, not automatic editorial approval. It does not guarantee publication, traffic, a release date, or search visibility. Editorial decisions are independent of payment. We may decline, correct, or retire listings as the collection is maintained.

Third-party games

Playable links can take you to another website. The game owner sets its access, payment, account, and usage terms. We do not operate those external builds and cannot guarantee their availability, safety, or continued compatibility.

Intellectual property

Creators retain their rights to their games and supplied assets. PixelGamesHub retains rights to its own original editorial material and site design. Do not copy or distribute material without the relevant permission or license. Send correction or removal requests to szperone@gmail.com.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PixelGamesHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or third-party games. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
